A well presented property offering
comfortable accommodation, where you are assured of a warm welcome. It
was a pleasure to meet you, thank you for your hospitality and for taking
the time to show me round.

| Hospitality and Friendliness |
Warm friendly welcome on arrival, shown
to room and all facilities explained. The assistance with my luggage and
the suggestions on eating out were much appreciated. Cheerful greeting
at breakfast, and asked if I slept well and told to help myself from the
buffet table. A comfortable stay with high standards of hospitality.

| Service and Efficiency |
My booking was handled very efficiently,
with name, contact number and estimated time of arrival taken. The type
of room together with the cost was clearly explained, and the directions
you gave me were very helpful. Please remember that it is legal
requirement to ask guests to register on arrival.
There is a very good range of information available, with a selection of
leaflets and bedroom folders. Attentive and friendly service during
breakfast. Efficient check out procedure, with receipt ready for
departure.

The exterior of the property is in
excellent condition. The ground and garden are very tidy and well
maintained. Clear roadside signage and very good parking provision.

Generally an excellent standard, with all
areas well maintained.

The standard of decoration is generally
excellent, with all paintwork looking clean and fresh. The overall
standard of the furniture, furnishing and fittings is good, and the
flooring is holding its condition well. All beds have comfortable
mattresses and well presented linen.

Bathrooms/En-suites |
The overall standard of the decoration is
excellent. All fittings appear sound and remain in very good condition. The
lighting and heating provision is very good, and all rooms are well
ventilated. Very good quality towels provided.

The standard of decoration is excellent, with
emulsion'd wall covering enhanced by a selection of pictures and a lovely ornate cornice. There are high standards of lighting and heating, with the tiled fireplace and gas fire an attractive focal point.

The decor is in excellent condition, enhanced by a selection of wall mounted plates and a number of ornaments. The furniture, furnishings and fittings are a very good standard. Excellent lighting and heating provision, with the main lights controlled by dimmer switch.

There were a variety of cereals, grapefruit segments, prunes and a choice of fruit juice available, together with a wide selection of cooked items. An example of a very tasty breakfast.
